Why should I need to replace missing teeth?

What materials are bridges made from?

Bridges are typically made from a precious metal base. If the bridge is likely to show whilst smiling then porcelain material can be bonded to the metal base. Sometimes the base can be made more cheaply by using other non-precious metal materials.

Will they cost a lot?
